Jon Riley

Chief Operating Officer and President, Americas, Bolzoni Group

Mr. Riley became Chief Operating Officer of Bolzoni Group in January 2025. He has served as President, Americas of Bolzoni Group since 2019. Mr. Riley is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in the materials handling industry and is responsible for managing the performance of the company’s attachment business interests worldwide – globalizing best commercial and operations process while creating synergies and alignment with the Piacenza headquarters.

Mr. Riley started his career in engineering with Hyster-Yale after obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He then held various senior management positions in sales, marketing and operations in the materials handling industry. Mr. Riley has a proven track record of driving business growth, developing competitive operations and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Mr. Riley is a results-oriented leader who is passionate about delivering value to customers and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. He serves on the Workforce Innovation and Operations Board and has been recognized as a leader in transformation of workplace culture.
