Dena R. McKee

Ms. McKee is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hyster-Yale and oversees accounting, financial reporting and controls. Previously, she served as Senior Director, Corporate Controller of Resideo Technologies, Inc., SVP, Corporate Controller of Cornerstone Building Brands and Assistant Controller of TimkenSteel Corp. Prior to these positions, Ms. McKee held various accounting leadership roles at FirstEnergy Corporation and was a senior auditor at Ernst and Young LLP. Ms. McKee received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Union University in 1994. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. Ms. McKee is a member of Financial Executives International and The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation – Financial Council.
