Alfred M. Rankin, Jr. , Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Chairman, Hyster-Yale Group

Mr. Rankin became Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. in September 2012 when Hyster-Yale was spun-off as an independent company by NACCO Industries, Inc., and he has been Chairman of Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. since October 2008. He joined NACCO as President and Chief Operating Officer in April 1989 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in May 1991. In September 2017, he retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of NACCO when NACCO spun-off its housewares-related businesses as Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company. In October 2017, Mr. Rankin became Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of NACCO and Executive Chairman of the Board of Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company. Prior to joining NACCO, he was Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of Eaton Corporation, a position he had held since April 1986. Prior to that, he had served successively as President of Eaton's Materials Handling and Industrial Groups, and Executive Vice President - Operations. Prior to his fifteen years at Eaton, Mr. Rankin worked for McKinsey and Company, a management consulting firm.

Mr. Rankin received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and a Juris Doctor degree from Yale University. Mr. Rankin is a director of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., NACCO Industries, Inc., Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company and the National Association of Manufacturers. He is a trustee and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals of Cleveland, Trustee and former President of the Board of the Cleveland Museum of Art, and trustee of the Musical Arts Association. He is a former director of The Vanguard Group, Goodrich Corporation, Standard Products, and Reliance Electric, and a former director and Chairman of the Board of the Fourth District Federal Reserve Bank.

Colin Wilson , President and Chief Executive Officer, Hyster-Yale Group

Colin Wilson became President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyster-Yale Group in September 2014 and is charged with providing the strategic vision and global leadership that keeps Hyster-Yale Group moving forward, a role for which he has spent much of his career preparing. Mr. Wilson has over 40 years of experience in the materials handling industry. He began his career in 1970 with Coles Cranes in Sunderland, England, where he worked in production engineering, marketing, product management and overseas licensing. After time with a compressor company and a European lift truck competitor, Mr. Wilson joined Hyster-Yale Group (formerly NACCO Materials Handling Group) in 1988 as European Sales and Marketing Director for the Yale® brand. From here, he moved into the role of Managing Director of Yale Europe before being named President of Yale Materials Handling Corporation, based in Flemington, New Jersey, in 1995. In 2002, Mr. Wilson was appointed President of Hyster-Yale Group's Americas operations and three years later became Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hyster-Yale Group. Most recently, prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wilson served as Hyster-Yale Group’s President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2013.

Mr. Wilson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with highest honors, from the University of Sunderland. Mr. Wilson recently served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Industrial Truck Association of America (ITA), is the past chairman and current board member of the Materials Handling Institute of America (MHI) and has also served as a member of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association’s Board of Advisors (MHEDA) and as President of the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA). Mr. Wilson served on the Board of Directors of the local Boys and Girls Clubs in North Carolina and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Boys and Girls Club and on the Board of Directors of Cleveland Playhouse.

Gregory J. Breier , Vice President, Tax

Mr. Breier became Vice President, Tax of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling in May 2014 and continues as Vice President, Tax of Hyster-Yale Group since January 2012. Mr. Breier oversees the company's global tax compliance, tax risk management and tax strategy. He previously served as Director of Tax at NACCO Industries from 2001 and prior to that he held various other tax related roles at NACCO Industries from 1994. Prior to joining NACCO Industries, Mr. Breier held positions in both industry and public accounting. Mr. Breier received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Akron. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.

Brian K. Frentzko , Vice President, Treasurer

Mr. Frentzko became Vice President, Treasurer of Hyster-Yale in September 2012, prior to which he served as Assistant Treasurer of Hyster-Yale Group since 2007. Prior to his roles at Hyster-Yale, Mr. Frentzko worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. as the Assistant Treasurer from 2000-2007, Johnson Matthey, Inc. as its U.S. Treasurer and Manager of Credit and Finance from 1991 to 2000, and previous to that at several other companies in various finance roles. Mr. Frentzko has a B.A. in Business and Economics from Rutgers University, Newark, N.J. and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, N.J.

Jennifer M. Langer , Vice President, Controller

Ms. Langer is Vice President, Controller of Hyster-Yale and oversees accounting and financial reporting. Previously, she served as Director of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis of NACCO Industries, until the spin-off of Hyster-Yale from NACCO Industries in 2012. Ms. Langer also held various other financial reporting roles at NACCO Industries since she began in 2003. Prior to her roles at NACCO Industries and Hyster-Yale, Ms. Langer worked at STERIS Corporation as Manager of Financial Reporting, Cedar Fair as Manager of Investor Relations and Arthur Andersen LLP as a senior auditor. Ms. Langer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1996. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. Ms. Langer is a member of Financial Executives International and The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation – Financial Council. Ms. Langer is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Institute of Art, serving on its Audit and Finance Committees.

Lauren E. Miller , Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Miller is responsible for leading the implementation of global best practices in sales and marketing and has oversight responsibility for Corporate Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling's operating company, Hyster-Yale Group. Previously, Ms. Miller was Senior Vice President, Marketing and Consulting from 2008 to December 2014, and prior to that, Vice President of Consulting Services for NACCO Industries leading an internal consulting group that worked jointly with the holding company subsidiaries to support their long-term competitive positions, assisted in acquisition and divestiture activities and supported the strategic planning process. She joined NACCO Industries in 1990 after serving as Sales and Marketing Manager for Eaton's Automotive Controls Division. Prior to that Ms. Miller was Corporate Strategy Development Manager and Strategic Planning Manager for Eaton's Industrial Truck Division. Ms. Miller has a B.A. in Economics from Denison University and a Masters of Science in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Miller is a board member of Vocational Guidance Services in Cleveland.

Kenneth C. Schilling , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Schilling oversees public financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance and strategies, treasury activities and investor relations at Hyster-Yale. Most recently, Mr. Schilling was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hyster-Yale and Hyster-Yale Group, positions he held from September 2012 and October 2008, respectively, to August 2014. Previously, Mr. Schilling was Vice President and Controller of NACCO Industries from May 1997 to September 2012. Mr. Schilling joined NACCO Industries in 1991 as Tax Manager. In 1995, he was promoted to NACCO Industries Manager of Tax and Budgeting and became Controller in 1996. Prior to joining NACCO Industries, Mr. Schilling worked at Arthur Anderson LLP as Tax Manager from 1985 to 1991. Mr. Schilling received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University in 1982 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Schilling is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and was also admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Financial Executives International, The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation - CFO Council and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Suzanne S. Taylor , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Ms. Taylor is the chief legal officer of Hyster-Yale and its subsidiaries, with global responsibility for all legal, corporate and ethics compliance, corporate secretarial, compensation and benefits activities. She has held this position since May 2016. Most recently, Ms. Taylor was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. and Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. Previously, Ms. Taylor was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of both Hyster-Yale Group and NACCO Industries, positions she had held since May 2012 and December 2008, respectively. Prior to joining NACCO Industries, she was Vice President and General Counsel of Keithley Instruments, Inc., a manufacturer of electrical test measurement equipment located in Solon, Ohio, a position she held since April 2007. From January 2006 until March 2007, she was Assistant General Counsel of Platinum Equity, LLC a private equity company. From March 2003 until November 2005, she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel of SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, Inc., a Platinum Equity company, a distributor of radiology-related products and supplies. From February 1994 to March 2003, Ms. Taylor held various positions of increasing responsibility at several Cleveland area companies. From August 1989 to February 1994 she practiced law with the law firm of Jones Day in Cleveland.

Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Pyschology and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. Stephen J. Karas , Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Mr. Karas is Vice President, Global Supply Chain for Hyster-Yale Group and is responsible for procurement, logistics, aftermarket procurement, supply planning and demand planning. Previously Mr. Karas was Vice President of Global Procurement for Textron (Jacobsen Division) prior to joining Hyster-Yale Group in 2009 as Director of Supply Chain – Americas. He has 25 years of Supply Chain experience guiding international sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, aftermarket, and distribution efforts for several respected Fortune 500 companies. His successful career includes leadership positions for companies such as Textron, Dover and Maytag. His industry experience spans the materials handling, mobile equipment, and appliance industries. Mr. Karas holds a BA in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University, is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt and also participated in the Thunderbird School of Global Management Executive Leadership Program.

Charles F. Pascarelli , Senior Vice President, President, Americas

Mr. Pascarelli is the Senior Vice President and President, Americas for Hyster-Yale Group. In this role, Mr. Pascarelli oversees all sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, and pricing functions for the Hyster® and Yale® lines of products, as well as their extensive distribution network. In addition, his responsibilities include all Hyster-Yale Group products and lift truck services, financial services, fleet management, national accounts and dealer relations for the Americas. Mr. Pascarelli also serves on the Board of Wells Fargo Financial Services; an instrumental partner to Hyster-Yale Group. Mr. Pascarelli also serves as the Board Chairman for the United Way of Pitt County, NC. Prior to joining the company, he successfully functioned as the President of Sales and Marketing for The Raymond Corporation. During this time, he also served as Chairman of the Board for numerous dealer partners, and as a Board Member at Binghamton University, School of Management. Previous to The Raymond Corporation, Mr. Pascarelli was employed by Fuji Film, Co, Ltd., as Vice President and General Manager, where he was accountable for distribution, sales and marketing and services for the company in the Americas, and all Pacific Rim Countries. His career has led him to possess nearly three decades of sales, marketing, distribution, and manufacturing leadership experience in the materials handling, capital goods, consumables and electronics industries. Mr. Pascarelli holds B.S. and master’s degrees from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rajiv K. Prasad , Chief Product and Operations Officer

Chief Product and Operations Officer

As Chief Product and Operations Officer, Mr. Prasad guides all aspects of the Hyster-Yale Group product development, manufacturing and supply chain. His ultimate responsibility is to ensure that the products and innovations introduced by Hyster-Yale Group address customer needs fully and efficiently. His career in product development began in 1986 with Ford Motor Company. In 1999, he joined Lear Corporation, taking on positions with greater responsibility, before moving to International Truck and Engine Corporation where he served as Vice President of Global Product Development. Mr. Prasad joined NMHG in 2007 where he has guided developments that have included introduction of the new Electric Rider Platform. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Advanced Vehicle Concepts from Loughborough University, in Leicestershire, UK.

Lucien Robroek , Chief Executive Officer of Nuvera Fuel Cells, LLC

Chief Executive Officer of Nuvera Fuel Cells, LLC

Mr. Robroek joined Nuvera as Chief Executive Officer in November 2018. His involvement with Nuvera started in 2015 when he worked as Vice President Big Trucks for Hyster-Yale Group, Nuvera’s parent company. In addition to his 12 years with Hyster-Yale, Mr. Robroek has held various leadership roles within other international companies. He brings broad experience to his role as CEO, from product development and manufacturing through marketing and sales of high-end industrial products and services. Mr. Robroek holds MSc and PhD degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and has completed an MBA and industrial marketing programs.

Anthony J. Salgado , Senior Vice President, Japan, Asia-Pacific, India and China

Senior Vice President, Japan, Asia-Pacific, India and China

Mr. Salgado joined Hyster-Yale Group in 2016 as Senior Vice President, responsible for the company’s businesses and interests in the Japan, Asia Pacific, India and China regions. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Salgado held the role of Vice President and Corporate Officer of Unicarrers Corporation (formerly Nissan Forklift), and President of the Americas Division. During his 15 years with UniCarriers/Nissan, his experience also included leadership roles in quality, manufacturing, and aftermarket operations, including the role of Vice President, manufacturing operations. During this time, Mr. Salgado was also a member of the Industrial Truck Association Board of Directors and Executive Committee. His previous roles included positions with GE Appliances and GE Capital in Six Sigma and Quality leadership roles, as well serving as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, completing a tour as Surface Warfare Officer aboard the USS Fort McHenry, and another as the Executive Officer of the US Navy Ceremonial Guard in Washington, DC. Mr. Salgado holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Harry Sands , Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Mr. Sands became Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Hyster-Yale Group in June 2015. In this role, Mr. Sands oversees all sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance and pricing functions for the Hyster® and Yale® product lines, as well as their extensive distribution network. In addition, his responsibilities include all Hyster-Yale Group products and lift truck services, financial services, major accounts and dealer relations for EMEA. Mr. Sands has over 35 years of experience in the material handling industry, with over 25 years at senior leadership levels, including most recently 14 years as Vice President, Manufacturing EMEA. His career has led him to possess extensive experience in manufacturing, quality, dealer relations and leadership in the capital goods industry. Mr. Sands holds a Masters of Science in Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

In 1995, he was promoted to NACCO Industries Manager of Tax and Budgeting and became Controller in 1996. Prior to joining NACCO Industries, Mr. Schilling worked at Arthur Anderson LLP as Tax Manager from 1985 to 1991. Mr. Schilling received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University in 1982 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Schilling is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and was also admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Financial Executives International, The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation - CFO Council and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Roberto Scotti obtained his high school diploma in mechanical engineering in 1970. From 1970 to 1973 he attended the faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Milan. From 1973 to 1979 Mr. Scotti was Sales Manager for Bolzoni. In 1980 he left Bolzoni and founded Teko S.r.l., a company manufacturing lifting tables and hand pallet trucks (later merged into Bolzoni) of which he was C.E.O. until 1987. After this merger, Mr. Scotti became C.E.O. of Bolzoni and since then he has held the position of C.E.O. of Bolzoni and many other companies of the Bolzoni Group. He has been the promoter of the great expansion of the group worldwide and the acquisition of the important group brands. After the acquisition by the Hyster-Yale Group in 2016, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Bolzoni S.p.A.

Gopi Somayajula , Vice President, Global Product Development

As Vice President, Global Product Development, Mr. Somayajula has global responsibility for all aspects of Hyster-Yale Group's product development including product strategy, design, engineering, research and development to deliver the lowest cost of ownership solutions to customer applications. His career in product development began in 1983 with major corporations: International Truck and Engine Corporation, Ford Motor Company and Case New Holland Corporation. Mr. Somayajula joined Hyster-Yale Group in 2001 as Vice President, Counterbalanced Engineering. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Jon C. Taylor , President of Nuvera Fuel Cells, LLC

Mr. Taylor became President of Nuvera Fuel Cells in April 2015. Previously, Mr. Taylor was the Interim CEO of Nuvera from December 2014 and Vice President, Business Development and Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2014. Prior to September 2014, he served as Director Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis since 2008. Mr. Taylor also serves on the Board of Directors for the Company’s joint venture in Japan, Sumitomo-NACCO Material Handling Group. From 1993 to 2008, Mr. Taylor served in various accounting, finance and marketing roles at Hyster-Yale Group in both the Corporate and European Headquarters. Mr. Taylor has a B.S. in Business Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA in International Business from the University of Washington. He also completed international study programs at Cambridge University and the Cranfield Institute of Technology in the U.K. He has represented Hyster-Yale on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee for Automotive Equipment and Capital Goods, and is a former member of the Pacific Northwest International Trade Association. Mr. Taylor is a longtime volunteer classroom teacher for Junior Achievement.

Suzanne S. Taylor , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Ms. Taylor is the chief legal officer of Hyster-Yale and its subsidiaries, with global responsibility for all legal, corporate and ethics compliance, corporate secretarial, compensation and benefits activities. She has held this position since May 2016. Most recently, Ms. Taylor was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. and Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. Previously, Ms. Taylor was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of both Hyster-Yale Group and NACCO Industries, positions she had held since May 2012 and December 2008, respectively. Prior to joining NACCO Industries, she was Vice President and General Counsel of Keithley Instruments, Inc., a manufacturer of electrical test measurement equipment located in Solon, Ohio, a position she held since April 2007. From January 2006 until March 2007, she was Assistant General Counsel of Platinum Equity, LLC a private equity company. From March 2003 until November 2005, she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel of SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, Inc., a Platinum Equity company, a distributor of radiology-related products and supplies. From February 1994 to March 2003, Ms. Taylor held various positions of increasing responsibility at several Cleveland area companies. From August 1989 to February 1994 she practiced law with the law firm of Jones Day in Cleveland.

Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Pyschology and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations, as well as the American Corporate Counsel Association, Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

Mark H. Trivett , Vice President Finance, Europe, Middle East and Africa

Mr. Trivett joined Hyster-Yale Group as Vice President Finance, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 2009. In this role, he has oversight responsibility for the business planning, accounting, financial reporting, credit, financial planning and analysis and financial transaction processing activities for the EMEA operating division. Prior to that, Mr Trivett worked for Raytheon Corporation from 2005 to 2009 as the Financial Controller of the UK business and in new business development. He worked for Ford Motor Company in various roles from 1991 to 2005, including in the areas of product development finance, marketing and pricing, and financial reporting. He originally worked in audit public practice and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants on England and Wales, and has a B.A. (hons) in History from Royal Holloway College at the University of London.

Mr. Ulmer joined Hyster-Yale Group in 1993 and has served as Vice President Finance, Americas since 2002. In this role, he has oversight responsibility for the accounting, financial reporting, credit, financial planning and analysis and financial transaction processing activities for the largest Hyster-Yale operating division. From 2008 to 2013, he provided executive oversight responsibilities for the Hyster-Yale Brazilian Operations headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil. From 2014-2015, he had responsibility for HR Operations for the Americas Division. Mr. Ulmer was the Corporate Controller for Hyster-Yale Group from December 2000 until July 2002. He has held various financial positions of increasing responsibility between 1993 and 2000. Prior to joining Hyster-Yale Group, Mr Ulmer worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Corporate Auditor from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Ulmer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati in 1989 and shortly thereafter received his Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Ohio. Mr. Ulmer has served as a Director for Hyster-Yale Financial Services since 2002. He currently serves as a Director for the Boys Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain in North Carolina.
